If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us by email or chat within 48 hours of receiving your order. For damaged items, please provide clear photos of the product and packaging, along with your order information.
If your order has not been delivered, please contact us within 48 hours of the estimated delivery date so we can investigate the shipment.
Once your claim has been reviewed and validated, we will provide a replacement or refund, as applicable.
You do not need to contact the shipping carrier. We will handle any necessary claim with the carrier on your behalf.
